Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an Install Manager to oversee post-sale to final installation across Columbus-area sites. The role requires frequent travel, leadership of multiple PM teams, and strong customer service and communication skills.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between states are essential. Expect opportunities for bonuses, company vehicle use, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high level construction management experience.
• Extensive exterior home improvement experience.
• Experience overseeing teams of project managers and building team culture.
• Strong leadership skills and accountability.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Highly evolved customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
• Manage multiple crews, multiple people and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate the agreement with the customer and negotiate changes as needed.
• Analyze licensing and permitting to obtain necessary permits.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist warehouse operations to stage products.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to, from, and between states as needed.
