Job summary

Siemens Healthineers on assignment in the United States seeks a field service engineer to install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex imaging and accelerator systems on customer sites. You will train users, ensure safety, and maintain installation documentation.

Travel up to 10 days with 4 days off is required; a High School Diploma and 2–4 years related experience are expected; base pay ranges from $52,720 to $72,490 plus differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy devices, and cooling systems.
• Proficient with test equipment and basic networking to integrate the machine.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems, and perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment.
• Check out and approve operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system.
