Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group seeks Installation Engineers for contract-based field deployment roles supporting installation, commissioning and testing of mechanical, electrical and controls systems across the United States.

You would work on-site with clients to translate design specifications into functioning systems, read CAD drawings, commission and troubleshoot, document results, and collaborate with project managers to ensure safe, on-time handover.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on field installation, commissioning or on-site engineering experience.
• Able to read, interpret and work from CAD drawings and technical schematics.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical assembly, electrical integration or controls configuration.
• Familiar with testing protocols and validating systems against specs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-world environments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with clients and teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
