Job summary

KI is seeking an Installation Coordinator to join our Installation team. This role guides the go-back/punch list process from initial installation paperwork to final project completion, supporting Regional Managers, processing daily paperwork, and tracking orders with Factory Managers, Project Managers and customers.

Responsibilities include quoting labor and product, creating authorization POs, and ensuring accurate BOM/packing data, while offering space planning assistance and administrative

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proficient in BPCS, Tenrox, Salesforce and Excel; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and product quotes.
• Create return trips POs for vendors.
• Assist Project Managers with Unicor factory orders.
• Verify SAP/BPCS entries for replacement orders.
• Verify part numbers and quantities against BOM and packing list.
• Maintain go-back records and provide weekly updates.
• Create product specials.
• Assist space planning to develop cost-effective solutions.
