Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated (KI) is looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our Installation team. This role facilitates the go-back/punch list process from initial installation paperwork to final completion, supporting Regional Managers in day-to-day operations and coordinating with Factory, Project managers and customers to advance projects.

The position also provides administrative support to the KI/OEI Division Installation Manager, processes daily paperwork, orders

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service, administrative or related experience.
• Must have excellent computer skills including BPCS, Tenrox, Salesforce and Excel.
• Must have an understanding/knowledge of floor plans and blueprints.
• Comprehension of the installation process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and product quotes.
• Create return trips PO’s (authorization) for vendors.
• Assist Factory and Project Managers with creation of Unicor factory product orders.
• Verify accuracy of SAP/BPCS entries for replacement orders.
• Verify correct part numbers and quantities against BOM and Truck Packing list.
• Maintain accurate records of current go-backs and status including weekly updates to BPCS Z Report.
• Create product specials.
• Assist space planning in developing cost effective solutions for space planning errors including layout changes and product specification errors.
