California Closets Gulf Coast in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, is seeking a scheduling-focused professional to manage direct scheduling with clients and coordinate between our staff and clients to optimize projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in service scheduling, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort with computer software. A calm, confident approach helps in stressful client conversations while supporting our team to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Past scheduling experience or service scheduling is preferred.
• High comfort with computer software/technology and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills to talk with Clients and coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct scheduling with Clients and coordinating with the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate paperwork and drive urgency to resolve issues.

This position centers around direct scheduling with Client and the appropriate personnel on the right jobs, optimizing resource allocation and eliminating wasteful time loss on projects while coordinating between our staff and our Clients.

This also ensures we have the right person on the job to match their skills. This role requires someone with assertive personality (NOT Aggressive!) to coordinate paperwork needed and drive urgency in solving problems.

Our ideal candidate would have past service scheduling experience and direct customer interactions. A high degree of competence in computer software/technology and problem solving with a calm and confident approach in talking with Clients to give comfort in stressful situations. Candidates must live in the local or surrounding area.
