California Closets is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to manage multiple jobs from sold to install, ensuring smooth workflows and minimal errors. This role is a Monday–Friday, on-site position with a pay range of $29–$35 per hour depending on experience.

Ideal candidates are computer literate with strong communication skills and a desire to improve operational efficiency. In this role you will coordinate input and output across projects, support installation readiness, and work closely

Qualifications

• Interest in Project Management in construction/home renovation industry.
• Experience with an Order Management System and Salesforce CRM.
• 1+ years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of installation practices a plus.
• Excellent time and project management abilities.
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn CAD, Epicor, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Participates in corporate or national process improvement teams to recommend and modify policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot project/job issues or discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.
• Directs team in resolving project order/installation issues promptly.
• Oversees teams coordination of job for successful and profitable execution, ensuring timelines are met.
• Develops KPIs with Operations and GM and reports weekly, biweekly or monthly as determined by management.
• Builds strong relationships with operations, management and staff across departments and with national support teams.
• Ensures install readiness and tracks material progress to close out projects.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to manage multiple jobs simultaneously from beginning to end. The Project Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing the input and output of each job, from sold to install, and will ensure efficient workflows with minimal errors and optimal production.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Participates in corporate or national process improvement teams or councils, providing recommendations and modifications to operating policies and procedures, assist with training and implementation to attain greater profitability and efficiency in work
• Troubleshoot project/job issues or discrepancies, develop and implement corrective action plans
• Troubleshoots and directs team in resolving project order/installation issues and problems in a timely manner
• Overseys the teams coordination of job for successful and profitable job execution, ensuring timelines are met.
• Recommend and work with CCO Operations and General Managers to develop and provide key performance indicator reports on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis as determined by management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with operations, internal departmental management and staff, national support teams and manufacturing leadership
• Ensure install readiness, track material progress to perform project / job closeouts

Qualifications

• Interest in Project Management in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry
• Working knowledge of an Order Management System and Salesforce CRM
• 1+ years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of the installation practices for customized cabinetry solutions a plus, but not required
• Excellent time and project management abilities
• The ability to identify and resolve potential issues; diffusing difficult situations
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc)
