Job summary

California Closets CCO is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to manage multiple jobs from sold to install, ensuring efficient workflows with minimal errors and optimal production. This Monday–Friday role requires strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Interest in Project Management in construction/home renovations.
• Familiar with an Order Management System and Salesforce CRM.
• 1+ year experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
• Strong time and project management abilities.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues; able to diffuse tense situations.
• Tech savvy and quick to learn CAD/Epicor/Microsoft Office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Participates in process improvement teams; assist with training and implementation.
• Troubleshoot project and job issues; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate orders and installations; ensure timely, profitable execution.
• Generate KPI reports weekly/biweekly/monthly as directed.
• Build and maintain relationships with operations, management, and staff.
• Ensure install readiness; track materials for closeouts.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to manage multiple jobs simultaneously from beginning to end. The Project Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing the input and output of each job, from sold to install, and will ensure efficient workflows with minimal errors and optimal production.

***This is a Monday-Friday opportunity with a pay range of $29-$35/hr DOE***

***Must be computer literate with strong communication skills***

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in corporate or national process improvement teams or councils, providing recommendations and modifications to operating policies and procedures, assist with training and implementation to attain greater profitability and efficiency in work
• Troubleshoot project/job issues or discrepancies, develop and implement corrective action plans
• Troubleshoots and directs team in resolving project order/installation issues and problems in a timely mannerOversees the teams coordination of job for successful and profitable job execution, ensuring timelines are met.
• Recommend and work with CCO Operations and General Managers to develop and provide key performance indicator reports on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis as determined by management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships withoperations, internal departmental management and staff, national support teams and manufacturing leadership
• Ensure install readiness, track material progressto perform project / job closeouts

Qualifications

• Interest in Project Management in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry
• Working knowledge of an Order Management System and Salesforce CRM
• 1+ years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of the installation practices for customized cabinetry solutions a plus, but not required
• Excellent time and project management abilities
• The ability to identify and resolve potential issues; diffusing difficult situations
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc)
