Job summary

NG Windows is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Atlanta to lead the customer journey from installation through project completion. You will coordinate between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timelines, quality, and satisfaction.

With 1–3 years in window/door installation or construction management, you will apply strong communication and organizational skills, leverage Salesforce and Google Workspace, and help grow a fast-moving, integrity-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in window and door installation, service, construction management, or related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation and project completion.
• Coordinate communication between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct final project walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project quality and ensure installations meet company standards.
• Document project progress, issues, and resolutions within Salesforce.
• Create and manage work orders and change orders as needed.
• Assist with payment collection and project closeout activities.
• Support warehouse and operational activities when needed.
• Maintain company vehicle and uphold company standards of professionalism.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for customer service and emergency project support.
