Job summary

Windows Direct USA and Baths Direct USA seeks an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation crews and ensure top installation quality across bathroom, window, and door projects. You will drive daily routines, coordinate with scheduling, and monitor job site compliance with codes and safety standards.

The role blends field leadership with client-facing problem solving, mentoring Measure Technicians and crews, and steering profitability on 30+ weekly renovations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading installation teams and coordinating crews.
• Strong knowledge of installation standards and building codes.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians and install crews.
• Familiarity with EPA Lead Safe practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily installation routines and priorities.
• Coordinate installation crews with scheduling dept and dates.
• Review job paperwork and drawings for accuracy.
• Ensure EPA Lead Safe practices are followed.
• Train and mentor technicians and crews on standards.
• Travel to job sites to monitor workmanship and codes.
• Provide technical assistance to teams on product/installation questions.
• Meet with clients to resolve concerns or questions.
• Communicate and resolve issues to complete installations.
• Support accounts receivable and review labor bills for accuracy.
• Oversee 30+ renovation projects weekly and improve profitability.
