Job summary

ESPEC North America is seeking an Installation and Service Coordinator to manage scheduling of environmental chamber installations and service activities. You will collaborate with Customer Support Technicians, Field Installation Technicians, Field Service Managers, and Contractors to ensure timely, efficient service delivery.

The role requires coordinating installation plans, performing pre-installation site visits, and maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 2 years of experience with capital equipment manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing databases.
• Basic understanding of Bills of Material (BOMs), refrigeration and electrical parts.

Responsibilities

• Introduces customers to the service process and installation procedures.
• Creates and delivers Installation and Field Service schedules and installation plans.
• Performs pre-installation site visits as required with Field Service Managers and Contractors.
• Leads installation planning meetings and maintains regular status updates with stakeholders.
• Escalates critical issues to management and communicates schedule deviations.
• Coordinates organization of in-house materials for Field Installation Technicians and large projects.
• Creates cases and orders in the ERP system.
• Some travel and overnight stays may be required.
