Job summary

ESPEC North America Inc. seeks an Installation and Service Coordinator to manage schedules for chamber installations and field service activities.

You will coordinate with Customer Support Technicians, Field Installation Technicians, Field Service Managers, and Contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. The role requires coordinating pre-install site visits, planning meetings, and resource allocation, plus proactive status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working for a capital equipment manufacturing company.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing database systems.
• Basic understanding of Bills of Material (BOM’s) in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration and electrical parts.
• 3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Introduces customers to the service process and outlines installation procedures.
• Creates and delivers installation and field service schedules to stakeholders.
• Performs pre-installation site visits to plan complex installations.
• Leads installation planning meetings and maintains status communications.
• Escalates schedule deviations to management and resolves issues.
• Coordinates in-house materials and resources for job sites.
• Creates cases and orders in the ERP system.
