Won-Door Corporation is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to serve as the communication hub between our customers and service/installation team. In this role, you will coordinate service calls and installation schedules, manage daily technician dispatching, provide proactive customer support, and track job progress through completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Familiarity with dispatching software and scheduling tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high-quality service.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule installations and service calls on a live calendar based on technician availability.
• Coordinate weekly service schedules and communicate with technicians daily.
• Close out completed jobs and input technician times; ensure timelines are met.
