HD Supply Management, LLC (USA) seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day scheduling activities, maintain accurate schedules, and communicate with the production department, installers and customers for scheduling dates.

You will align daily production schedules with installers, vendors and customers, gather information to facilitate work planning, communicate status and any issues, and ensure product delivery by established deadlines with meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in scheduling or related area.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including customers, vendors and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates daily production schedules with installers, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers to establish installation timelines.
• Interacts with external customers, vendors, and internal staff to obtain information needed to facilitate work planning, scheduling prioritization, resolution of technical issues, incorporating changes and identification of other special requirements.
• Communicates with customer regarding scheduling, status and technical issues.
• Communicates installation date schedules to internal departments as appropriate to ensure product is delivered by established deadline.
• Maintains accurate records of all trades and utilizes computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting.
