Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc in Denver, CO is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily schedules with installers, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers. The role requires coordinating installation timelines and communicating status and issues to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED and 2-5 years of related experience, with training/certification as applicable.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production schedules with installers, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers to establish installation timelines.
Interact with external customers, vendors, and internal staff to obtain information needed to facilitate work planning and scheduling.
Communicate scheduling status and technical issues to customers.
Share installation date schedules with internal departments to meet deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of trades and utilize computerized systems for tracking.
