Job summary

Fence Direct Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to own install scheduling end to end—from permit approval through the day the crew shows up. You’ll coordinate with crews, warehouse, and customers to anticipate issues, reallocate resources, and keep customers informed.

Two+ years in scheduling or high-volume dispatch, and bilingual English/Spanish communication are required. Strong CRM and scheduling software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to communicate with homeowners and installers.
• Minimum 2+ years in scheduling, dispatch, or high-volume customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple moving jobs and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the install schedule end-to-end from permit to crew arrival.
• Coordinate with warehouse for materials, inspections, and order priority.
• Maintain proactive customer updates and handle delays calmly and accurately.
