Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and politely.
• Advocate for the customer to ensure a quality install experience.
• Return customer requests within the same business day.
• Coordinate scheduling with installers, field supervisors, and dispatch.
• Serve as hub for communication between customers, vendors, and office.
• Confirm installations with customers the day before and update CRM.
• Set up jobs in CRM and maintain customer database.
• Manage inspections in coordination with permit coordinator.
• Prepare install paperwork and monitor daily job costing.
• Communicate scheduling updates to all departments.
