Job summary

Guild Garage Group LLC is seeking an Install Coordinator in Meridian, ID to manage day‑to‑day scheduling, ensure jobs are ready for installation, create department files, and coordinate installers, field supervisors, clients, vendors and the office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone presence, a strong customer service background, and the ability to multitask across multiple projects in a fast‑paced home services environment. Pay ranges from $22 to $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling across multiple technicians in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service background with professional phone presence.
• Construction or home services experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer the phone in a polite, friendly manner.
• Coordinate scheduling for installers, field supervisors, and vendors.
• Serve as hub for communication between installers, customers, and office.
• Confirm installations and document in CRM.
• Submit all paperwork timely and manage daily scheduling emails.
• Coordinate inspections with permit coordinator and ensure completion.
