Guild Garage Group is seeking an Install Coordinator for Meridian, Idaho to manage daily scheduling, prepare job files, and coordinate installations with clients, installers, and subcontractors. The role requires exceptional phone presence and a flair for top-notch client service.

Location: Meridian, ID. Pay: $22-30/hr. Responsibilities include CRM updates, coordinating communication between teams, and ensuring installations run smoothly with excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with reading and interpreting contracts/policies.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate scheduling with customers, installers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate across departments and act as hub for installation projects.
• Confirm installations with customers the day before and document in CRM.
