Job summary

ProSkill Services in Anthem, AZ is seeking an Install Coordinator to manage installation projects from sale to completion. The role focuses on scheduling, equipment/material coordination, documentation, and cross-department communication to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an admin, scheduling, or customer service role in HVAC, construction, or service-based industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with dispatching software and scheduling tools (ServiceTitan, FieldEdge) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation jobs and confirm appointments with customers.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, deliveries, and crane services as needed.
• Maintain the installation calendar and monitor scheduling efficiency.
• Communicate with Sales, Install Managers, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure projects stay on track.
• Review sold jobs for accuracy, including pricing, scope, financing, equipment selections, and labor requirements.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and maintain accurate job records.
• Process rebates and verify project closeout documentation.
• Coordinate change orders, return visits, and quality control inspections.
• Track callbacks, punch list items, and corrective actions.
