Job summary

Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a Scheduler and Dispatcher to oversee daily installation scheduling and customer communications. This in-office, full-time role focuses on connecting with customers, coordinating with installers, and optimizing job logistics to keep the schedule running smoothly.

You will identify ready-to-schedule jobs, review details, and assign tasks to installers based on region, difficulty, availability, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer contact.
• Experience using scheduling software; ServiceTitan a plus.
• Detail-oriented with understanding of tags, locations, and logistics.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate garage door installations and schedule windows.
• Identify ready-to-schedule jobs and assign to installers by region and availability.
• Call customers to schedule installs and explain prep requirements.
• Record conversations and follow up as needed.
• Use ServiceTitan to manage appointment windows and confirmations via email or text.
