This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences while coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a positive team attitude, and experience with administrative and billing duties.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to use judgement and rational to assist in daily decision making.
• Experience with administrative and billing responsibilities preferred.
• Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation coordination: preplanning, customer communications, schedule validation, site contacts
• Organize and maintain payroll, reports and timesheets
• Run backlog reports, attend meetings, update notes and dates; identify delays or blocked jobs
• Enter product lines on jobs and prepare purchasing data
• Responsible for materials after ordering
• Prepare jobs for billing: PO receipts, freight adjustments, credits, cost labor hours
• Create schedule of values for new jobs
• Assist with revenue recognition on large projects
• Other responsibilities as assigned
