DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire an Install Coordinator in our Atlanta, GA office! This individual will assist theinstallationmanager in organizingtheirongoing projects. Theinstallationcoordinator will create an exceptional customer experience while supporting the many facets of the installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while functioning as the primary customer advocate. Job seekers with experience as an administrative assistant, customer service representative, billing specialist, receptionist, finance, and accounts payable/receivable will excel in this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation coordination including preplanning, customer communications, project schedule validation,and site contact verifications
• Organize and maintain department payroll, reports and time sheets
• Run and distribute backlog reports, attend backlog meetings, update notes, job dates and assist in identifying opportunities such as contract delays, blocked jobs or incorrect information
• Assist the department with entering product lines on jobs and prepare all information for purchasing
• Responsible for material once ordered
• Prepare jobs for billing to include receiving purchase orders, processing freight adjustments, entering credits and ensuring all labor hours are costed to job
• Create schedule of values for newly awarded jobs
• Understand and assist with revenue recognition on larger, ongoing projects
• Otherresponsibilitiesas assigned

JobQualifications:

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Attention to detail and ability to use judgement and rational to assist in daily decision making
• Experience with administrative and billing responsibilities preferred
• Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
