Aufgaben

• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Oversee 3 to 4 project managers in the territory.
• Communicate the agreement between company and customer.
• Identify and negotiate changes with the customer as needed.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Recruit, screen and manage crew members and subcontractors.
• Ensure project is completed to spec and follows safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
