Job summary

Goettl Brand in Phoenix seeks an HVAC Install Coordinator to bridge sales and installation, ensuring customers are informed, permits are secured, and all jobs are closed in ServiceTitan. You will coordinate from sale to completion, communicate with customers, and manage scheduling and inspections.

The role emphasizes meticulous organization, timely updates to clients, and accurate job closures. A strong team environment supports growth within a multi-market organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and crews
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Able to operate computer-based tools including email and Office apps
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license; safe driving history a must
• Pass background check and drug screen as part of the hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC installations from point of sale through final completion
• Communicate with customers at every stage of installation
• Schedule all jobs with complete accuracy—no gaps, no surprises
• Manage permit and inspection process on every job
• Perform post-installation follow-ups with customers
• Ensure all jobs are closed out in ServiceTitan
• Collect payments on installation jobs
• Serve as the link between customers and installation crews

We need an HVAC Install Coordinator in Phoenix who can own the space between the sale and the finished job. That means every customer knows what's happening, every permit is pulled, every install is closed out correctly in ServiceTitan, and every job ends with a happy customer on the other end of a phone call.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate HVAC installations from point of sale through final completion
• Communicate with customers at every stage of their installation
• Schedule all jobs with complete accuracy — no gaps, no surprises
• Manage the permit and inspection process on every job
• Perform post-installation Happy Calls on all completed installations
• Ensure 100% of jobs are properly closed out in ServiceTitan
• Collect payment on 100% of installation jobs
• Serve as the link between customers and installation crews
