Job summary

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an Install Coordinator to support our busy installation department. You’ll prepare and maintain all job documentation, schedule inspections, and ensure paperwork is complete while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll coordinate between Install, Sales, and Finance teams, enter customer information, post payments, and register equipment warranties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Administrative experience in a service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all job documentation for customer installations
• Process permits and schedule inspections with accuracy and timeliness
• Review and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and signed
• Enter and update customer information in the system
• Post install payments and invoices, and confirm equipment details
• Process rebate applications and register equipment warranties
• Scan, upload, and organize all documentation for easy access
• Communicate and coordinate between Install, Sales, and Finance teams
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email to customers and distributors

What You’ll Do

What You Bring To The Team

• High School Diploma or GED
• Administrative experience — HVAC or home service industry experience is a big plus!
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred
• A proactive, “think ahead” mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems
