Job summary

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is growing and seeks skilled Service Plumbers to join our Hollywood team. You’ll handle residential plumbing service, including water heater installs/repairs, drain cleaning, and fixture replacements, while mentoring apprentices and driving 100% customer satisfaction.

We offer $24–$32/hour plus bonuses, a company vehicle with fuel card, generous PTO and holidays, 50% paid health/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and provided iPhone/iPad for work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service & repair experience.
• Experience with drain cleaning and fixture or water heater replacements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record, background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers; keep truck inventory stocked and organized.
• Mentor apprentices and participate in on-call rotation; maintain a professional appearance and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately

• Complete paperwork and process payments accurately

• Mentor apprentices and support team development

• Occasionally participate in on-call rotation

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting)

• Skills: Drain cleaning, leak detection/repair (preferred), fixture and water heater replacement

• Mindset: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven

• Physical Ability: Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed

• Tech-Friendly: Experience with ServiceTitan a plus

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
