Job summary

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an Install Coordinator to support our busy installation department. You’ll help keep our projects organized, coordinate between Install, Sales, and Finance teams, and ensure accurate paperwork and timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Administrative experience in HVAC or home services is a big plus.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all job documentation for customer installations.
• Process permits and schedule inspections with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and signed.
• Enter and update customer information in the system.
• Post install payments and invoices; confirm equipment details.
• Process rebate applications and register equipment warranties.
• Scan, upload, and organize all documentation for easy access.
• Coordinate between Install, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email.

What You’ll Do
