Job summary

Lancesoft in Virginia Beach is seeking a Field Service Technician to support on-site service calls and preventive maintenance. You will review work orders, travel within the service area, and interact with customers while ensuring safety and quality. The pay range is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• May be dispatched daily on a call-by-call basis or have a daily schedule.
• May need bending/squatting, walking/standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

Description: The Field Service Technician position may require the following:

• May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods.
• May require prolonged travel based on your service area.
• Carry and or lift a tool kit/parts of varying weights (1- 50 lbs.)
• You may be dispatched daily on a call-by-call basis or have a daily schedule.
• You may be required to work on rotating shifts, nights, and or weekends.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 0-1 years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• An Android smart phone to receive work orders on and access support documentation.
• Have basic tools: Tools are not supplied. #1 and #2 flathead and philips screw drivers are most common.
