Job summary

HeyGen is hiring a Creator in Residence to own Instagram short-form content end-to-end, both on camera and behind it, shaping the overall direction and review of our Instagram series. You will be the single DRI for Instagram, setting formats, cadence, and the taste bar.

You are the on-screen face of HeyGen's Instagram, directing both founders and avatars, shipping a new format weekly, and measuring performance to continuously improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form content for social platforms.
• Proven viral content with measurable reach.
• Experience with on-camera presenting.
• Ability to direct avatars and human talent.

Responsibilities

• Own Instagram short-form end-to-end, setting formats and editorial calendar.
• Dissect weekly trends and translate into repeatable formats for the team.
• Be on camera; host formats with both human and avatar talent.
• Direct talent (founders, teammates, creators) and avatars for clear character read.
• Ship a new format weekly; analyze performance and keep what works.
• Make final creative calls and defend taste when needed.
• Report on reach, shares, saves, and follower growth on Instagram.
