Job summary
Ketone-IQ is seeking its Head of Instagram to lead the brand's on-camera storytelling and grow a world-class audience. You will direct a small team of contractors across video, photo, editing, and additional on-camera talent, while appearing on camera yourself.
You’ll own the content lifecycle end to end, craft recurring formats, and drive 100% follower growth year over year, reporting to the VP of Growth Creative and collaborating with the CMO and CEO.
Qualifications
- Charismatic on-screen talent fluent in the world our audience lives in (productivity, business, entrepreneurship, finance).
- Proven organic growth from 50k+ followers with demonstrable content and results.
- Deep Instagram fluency: reels, carousels, stories; ability to script, perform, edit and design.
- Bias toward shipping fast with leadership experience in a small team.
- Los Angeles based or willing to relocate; frequent LA travel.
Responsibilities
- Own organic Instagram strategy end to end.
- Hands-on production at real volume: concepting, filming, editing, writing and publishing.
- Develop a brand voice that resonates and collaborate with the CEO.
- Manage a content calendar with recurring formats and cadence.
- Produce weekly performance reports on hooks, formats and growth metrics.
- Community management: comments, DMs, engagement.
- Balance AI-enabled workflows with human-centric creativity.
