Intro is building a world-class brand and seeks a Creator in Residence to bring it to life on TikTok and Instagram. You’re comfortable on camera, have built an audience, and can translate ideas into polished short-form video that fits a brand voice.

You’ll batch-create content, guide on-camera talent, and push for engagement and conversion while maintaining quality. Equity and health insurance are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a creator or content producer for social media.
• Proven track record building an engaged following on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
• Strong video editing skills with attention to storytelling and pacing.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram that align with the brand voice.
• Direct or guide on-camera talent and batch produce content at scale.
• Translate raw ideas into polished videos with strong pacing and sound design.
• Publish content with a high cadence to drive engagement and conversion.
