Agentio is seeking a creator/producer in New York to design and execute multi-channel content across Instagram, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. You will own the calendar, shoots, and the channel voice, then work with editors to deliver spot-on edits and platform-native clips.

You’ll test formats, optimize hooks, and read performance data to scale what works, while collaborating with marketing to showcase campaigns and case studies. Equity is offered.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of creator-focused content showing results.
• Experience running end-to-end video programs.
• Ability to test hooks, formats, and posting times.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Build the content strategy and roadmap for multiple channels.
• Plan shoots, script questions, and guide editors to final cuts.
• Own posting calendar and engagement across all channels.
• Analyze performance and iterate on content based on data.
• Collaborate with product/marketing to package case studies and campaigns.
