Job summary

Incubator Lab is seeking a Creative Content Creator, Social to produce daily social content that keeps the brand active and engaging. You will shoot, edit, and direct content across reels and platform-specific formats, reflecting the brand voice and driving audience engagement.

The role focuses on behind-the-camera work, with no on-screen appearance; you will report to the Content Director, collaborate with the Content Manager on the publishing calendar, and supervise the Social Coordinator.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience creating short-form social content for a consumer brand.
• Portfolio with Reels and TikToks showing editing and performance results.
• Strong editing skills using CapCut, Premiere or similar tools.
• Experience shooting content with a smartphone or small camera and good lighting framing.
• Excellent sense of current social media trends and brand-aligned creativity.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create Reels, TikToks, carousels, and Stories tailored to each platform's specifications.
• Identify relevant trends and adapt quickly while maintaining brand voice.
• Repurpose footage from brand shoots, agencies, and creators into engaging social content.
• Pitch at least three new content ideas every week with strong hooks.
