Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude and ability to interact positively with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Shop in-store to fulfill customer online orders using the Instacart Shopper App on a mobile device.
• Provide excellent customer service focusing on product quality and freshness; substitute out-of-stock items as needed.
• Communicate changes to orders effectively to customers.
• Process order transactions using the in-store POS system.
