Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders using the Instacart Shopper App and provide friendly, high-quality customer service in-store. The role involves assisting customers with substitutions, processing POS transactions, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications include 21+ years old with a HS diploma, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and maneuver a modest cart.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment; operate front end equipment.
• Stand/walk/bend throughout the workday; maneuver a 20 lb cart up to 20 ft with force up to 35 lbs.
• Walk up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift; perform related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Shop in-store and fulfill customer online orders via Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service with emphasis on quality and freshness; substitute items as needed.
• Communicate changes to orders; process transactions using in-store POS.
• Answer questions about delivery, the Instacart platform, and benefits.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
