Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to join our before and after school programs in Pennsylvania. You will help plan activities, lead engaging curriculum, and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for children.

The role offers a schedule Monday–Friday with split shifts, earning $16.00–$19.00 per hour plus potential bonuses up to $1,250 within 90 days based on milestones. Prior child-care experience and the ability to lift 25 lbs are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• At least 1 year of experience with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Desire to inspire learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Organize engaging activities and fitness sessions for all ages.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents per policy.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, staff, and schools.
