Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience with inspections of various materials, safety testing, site monitoring, and reporting while pursuing required training certificates.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in building maintenance or construction, workplace safety or inspection.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist inspections of bedding, upholstery, stuffed toys, and related records to assess compliance.
• Assist in ultraviolet device testing and analyze results for disinfection processes
• Assist inspections of asbestos and lead abatement sites and take corrective actions when necessary
• Assist in auditing training providers handling asbestos and lead abatement programs
• Respond to public inquiries and interpret regulations for contractors and training providers
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain daily and monthly activity logs
