Qualifications

• One year of experience in building maintenance, construction, workplace safety or inspection.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspections of bedding, upholstery, stuffed toys, and related records to assess compliance.
• Assist in conducting ultraviolet device testing and analyze results for disinfection processes.
• Assist with inspections of asbestos and lead abatement sites and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist in auditing training providers handling asbestos and lead abatement programs.
• Respond to public inquiries and interpret regulations for contractors and training providers.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain daily and monthly activity logs.
