Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in building maintenance or related fields, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Active motor vehicle license required.
• Must obtain PA asbestos worker training, lead-based paint activitiesworker training and lead-based paint activities inspector training certificates within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Support inspections of bedding, upholstery, stuffed toys and related records for compliance.
• Assist in ultraviolet device testing and analyze results for disinfection processes.
• Assist inspections of asbestos and lead abatement sites and take corrective actions.
• Audit training providers handling asbestos and lead abatement programs.
• Respond to public inquiries and interpret regulations for contractors and training providers.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain daily/monthly activity logs.

Education

One year of experience in building maintenance, construction, workplace safety or inspection; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
