Qualifications

• One year of experience in building maintenance or construction, workplace safety or inspection, retail sales, or customer service; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Inspection Support: Assist with inspections of bedding, upholstery, stuffed toys, and related records to assess compliance
• Safety Testing: Assist in conducting ultraviolet device testing and analyze results for disinfection processes
• Site Monitoring: Assist with inspections of asbestos and lead abatement sites and take corrective actions when necessary
• Training Oversight: Assist in auditing training providers handling asbestos and lead abatement programs
• Public Guidance: Respond to public inquiries and interpret regulations for contractors and training providers
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain daily and monthly activity logs
