Century Fire Protection LLC in Duluth, GA seeks a proactive Scheduling Coordinator to manage inspections of fire protection systems. You will coordinate inspectors, bookings, permits, and site access, while maintaining accurate records in ERP and service management systems.

Priorities include NFPA compliance, timely communication with customers and internal teams, and supporting service and repair coordination as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administrative support.
• Fire protection or construction industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate fire protection system inspections (fire alarm, sprinkler, suppression, extinguishers, etc.).
• Assign inspections to field inspectors and manage daily/weekly schedules.
• Coordinate access, permits, and site requirements with customers and property managers.
• Track inspection due dates, renewals, and compliance timelines.
• Review inspection reports for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
• Upload, distribute, and archive inspection documentation.
• Communicate inspection status, deficiencies, and follow-up needs to internal teams.
• Support service and repair coordination resulting from inspection findings.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP, inspection, or service management systems.
