Midwest Alarm Services in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Inspection Coordinator to manage daily and monthly inspections, scheduling, data organization and invoicing, with starting pay between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour. You will schedule and bill inspections, review Sedona schedules, upload reports, manage the inspections inbox, and coordinate with technicians and subcontractors.

A High School Diploma or GED and proficiency with MS Word/Excel are required, along with strong communication and

• Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively before groups.
• Ability to perform basic algebra and geometry concepts.
• Ability to multitask while navigating several programs.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and bill inspections monthly.
• Review previous day inspections in the Sedona schedule.
• Upload reports to the portal.
• Maintain the inspections inbox and respond to needs.
• Send reports to technicians for upcoming inspections weekly.
• Process subcontractor invoices.
• Schedule monthly inspections for the following month.
• Back up the service dispatcher and inventory.
