Job summary

Responsibilities include inspections and preventive maintenance, communicating technical information clearly, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Submit to pre-employment background and drug testing.
• Previous experience in inspections and fire alarm systems.
• Must be able to obtain a specified license to work in the security industry.
• Obtain NICET level certification within a prescribed time frame.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions; write routine reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventive maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Clean agent systems and CO2 suppression systems.
• Communicate technical information clearly to clients and site personnel.
• Complete and submit all required task-related documentation promptly.
• Train junior inspectors to follow structured inspection schedules.
• Maintain positive interactions with customers, vendors and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Take on additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance requirements.
