Job summary

Assured Management Inc is seeking an Inspection Coordinator to enforce covenants by conducting weekly neighborhood inspections and recording violations.

You will work with the Community Manager and Associate Community Manager to manage the deed restriction enforcement process, documenting findings and maintaining homeowner records.

This role requires reliable transportation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team to uphold community standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Learn each community’s covenants and restrictions and follow Board requests regarding enforcement.
• Conduct drive-through inspections documenting and recording new violations and updating status/sequence of existing violations.
• Take photographs of violations and attach to homeowner records.
• Process violation notices using industry-specific software.
• Monitor and document architectural improvements and ensure compliance with submissions/guidelines.

Summary:The Inspection Coordinator is responsible for the enforcement of the community’s covenants by conducting weekly inspections in the neighborhood and surrounding common areas in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood. Inspection Coordinator will work closely with the Community Manager and Associate Community Manager to manage the deed restriction enforcement process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn each community’s covenants and restrictions as well as follow any Board requests in regards to enforcement.
• Conduct drive through inspections documenting and recording new violations and update the status/sequence of existing violations
• Take photographs of any violation attach to the homeowner’s record.
• Process violation notices using industry specific software.
• Monitor and document architectural improvements and ensure home is in compliance with their architectural submissions/guidelines
