COVENANT ENFORCEMENT INSPECTOR

*entry level position*

Primary Purpose:

The Covenant Enforcement Inspector is responsible for the enforcement of the community’s covenants by conducting community inspections in the neighborhood and surrounding common areas in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn each community’s covenants and restrictions as well as follow any Board requests in regards to enforcement.
• Establish drive order for inspection schedule.
• Establish re-inspection schedule.
• Report inspection schedule and inspection completion to the Assistant to the VP at the beginning of the month.
• Conduct drive through inspections noting any property violations as well as common area issues as follows:

1. Community wide inspections – Monthly (or as directed by management)
2. Follow up inspections for Fining/Enforcement hearings – The day of the community’s hearing date. To be completed and reported no later than 3pm

• Report all safety/security concerns immediately to the Community Manager via email.
• Take photographs of any violation with date stamp and attach to the homeowner’s record.
• Process all violation notices at the end of each shift.
