Pines Property Management, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Covenant Enforcement Inspector to enforce covenants by conducting community inspections in neighborhoods and surrounding common areas to maintain an attractive environment.

The role involves scheduling inspections, reporting findings, and coordinating with management. Strong communication and organization are essential, with the ability to work in a team and in a driving environment.

Mansioni

• Learn each community’s covenants and restrictions and follow Board requests regarding enforcement.
• Establish drive order for inspection schedule.
• Establish re-inspection schedule.
• Report inspection schedule and completion to the Assistant to the VP at the beginning of the month.
• Conduct drive-through inspections noting property violations and common area issues.
