Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise a team in the Inspection Center, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. You will manage car movements, coach staff, and enforce safety and Carvana values in daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, computer familiarity, and strong communication skills. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm with a guaranteed 40 hours, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates in the Inspection Center.
• Meet production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and coaching.
• Communicate expectations and performance metrics clearly to the team.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead defect review and decisions on inventory repair or rejection.
