Job summary

Carvana seeks a Line Lead to directly manage and develop a team of hourly inspectors in an Inspection Center, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. This front-line supervisory role is not visa eligible.

You will oversee daily, weekly and monthly inventory production goals, coach and develop the team, communicate expectations, and ensure adherence to safety and Carvana’s values while minimizing rework and delays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using computers.
• Demonstrated understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback and demonstrate desired skills.
• Create a work environment that supports communication, cohesion, and Carvana values.
