Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise an Inspection Center team, driving production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will coach and develop hourly associates, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to Carvana’s lean processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school education, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Overtime and weekend work are expected as part of a dynamic, growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Able to work overtime and weekends.
• Experience with Carvana’s reconditioning process or lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars through the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Oversee daily activities of the assigned team and coach members.
• Ensure safety and adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards.
• Train team on Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks.
• Lead a team of production associates and collaborate with the General Manager on repairs based on cost/quality.
• Communicate expectations and performance metrics clearly to the team.
